Our shapes adapt continuously to the development of skateboarding. If you are a skateboarder it is likely that you already skated one of our skateboard decks. We use American maple and waterbased glue or epoxy glue. We are also a bamboo deck factory, so if required by your brand we will also provide you with any other special kind of maple, bamboo, and many other materials for skateboards. We have 19 different veneer colors to choose from for your individual skateboard deck look.

The most common way to apply your brand's design is by screen-printing on transfer papers and then transferring the artwork on the deck. This technique cuts production costs and supports the durability of skateboard deck prints.

We use all colors of the pantone solid coated formula guide as well as matt, glossy, transparent and fluorescent colors. If you have any other request, we will talk to our print shop and see if your wish can be made possible.

fiberglass top

to make especially durable decks for tough skateboard tricks. Fiberglass or hemp is inserted into the middle of the deck or as top ply for a better look and higher dura- bility.

laser engraving

more interesting for art fans than for actual skateboarders is this method of laser cutting.

For our Pro decks, we use the heart wood, the inner part of the maple log. This gives our decks the pop, strength and durability required for professional skateboarding.
